Continuing Education Credit
Physicians:
Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for continuing medical education through Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Nova Southeastern University Health Professions Division designates this educational activity for up to 17.5 hours towards the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Physician should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.
Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine is an accredited Category 1 sponsor of the American Osteopathic Association. Up to 17.5 hours of continuing medical education credits in Category 2-A is being offered through the American Osteopathic Association for this program.

Nursing:
This offering meets the requirements for up to 14.7 contact hours for nurses as specified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in nursing (244-CMR 5.04). Each nurse should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Psychologists:
Nova Southeastern University’s Center for Psychological Studies is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Nova Southeastern University maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Clinical Social Workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists:

School Psychologists
Nova Southeastern University’s Center for Psychological Studies is approved by the state of Florida’s Board of Medical Therapies/Psychology, Office of School Psychology, to offer continuing education. Provider number: SCE# 11, Exp. 11/30/11.
All mental health professionals will receive 11 continuing education credits for the workshop. Full attendance is required. No partial credit will be awarded. Check your licensing state’s rules and regulations for more information regarding your continuing education requirements.
