REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

BLS courses are nonrefundable. If you wish to transfer to another class date, you will be charged a $20 transfer fee. This must be done no less than 10 days prior to the original program date. Classes must be paid in full in order to receive a certification card and continuing education credits. A certification card will be awarded on the day of the course to those who complete it successfully and have paid for the course in full.

  • BLS Materials will be mailed 16 days before the course date for which you are registered.
  • When registering with us please make sure that your home mailing address is provided in order to ensure prompt delivery of your course materials.
  • You must provide complete payment information, or if your department will be providing payment, a cost account or speed type number, in order to reserve your spot for the course.
  • The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.
