This Website supports the Educational Component for the UMASS Medical Center, Cooperative Centers for Translational Research on Human Immunology and BioDefense
.
The Educational Component is a dynamic component of the UMASS CTRHIB in advancing key NIAID objectives in biodefense research. The efforts of this component will help CTRHIB investigators, as well as other local and regional researchers, who are interested in developing new biodefense-related research programs to implement novel technologies in immunology research. The workshops organized during the last project year represent a successful start toward meeting these educational objectives, and a multidisciplinary team incorporating expertise in bioinformatics, genomics, proteomics, and flow cytometry has been assembled to implement a broad educational program.
