Bio

Pamela Erdmann, M.Ed. was Associate Chairperson of the Counseling Psychology Department at Antioch Graduate School in Keene, N., H. before joining the Center for Mindfulness in 1991 to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to inmates in the medium and minimum security facilities of the Massachusetts Correctional System.

Pam has taught MBSR to municipal workers, police chiefs, in corporate settings, schools and in the Center for Mindfulness MBSR Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Currently, she is on the certification team of Oasis Institute as well as providing teacher supervision for Oasis Institute. She has taught MBSR and trained trainers for the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at the University of Bangor, Wales, U.K. since 2003.

She is a mother and grandmother and has found that the skills learned in mindfulness training are invaluable in living a productive and joyful elderhood.
