The University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) Center for Mindfulness (CFM) is committed to providing the gold standard for MBSR teaching.  CFM certified MBSR teachers complete rigorous coursework and training, supervised teaching, mentoring and thorough one-on-one review by senior teachers prior to earning the distinction of CFM certification.  It's a long and challenging pathway, but the result is the very best in MBSR teachers.
