Mindfulness Tools, a 5-Day Residential Intensive Program™ is based on the 8-week MBSR Program, for those who may not be able to participate in the traditional 8-week course. Offered throughout the year at locations around the world.

SR-203MBSR Self-Paced Video program via Sounds True
Developed in partnership with Sounds True, provides the 8-week MBSR course as a self-paced video course. The program is authored by Florence Meleo-Meyer, Director of the Oasis Institute Train-the-Trainer Program, and Saki Santorelli, Executive Director of the CFM.
