Bio

Lynn teaches MBSR and other mindfulness-based programs, professional trainings, and presentations in the various educational pathways of the Center including the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Clinic, Oasis Institute, and the community and workplace mindfulness programs.  She brings over 25 years of body-oriented therapeutic work to her teaching and training at the CFM. Prior to coming to the Center, she co-founded “Present Moment Mindfulness,” a community-based organization offering MBSR and mindfulness programs in Northampton, MA, and she is a co-author of “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook for Anxiety.”
