Small & Large Group Training

The Center for Clinical Communication and Performance Outcomes engages in classroom training for groups of all sizes. Training is offered in one-day workshops or a series of 2-3 hour sessions offered at your own home institution or off site.

The format is interactive and involves communication skill building activities. Specific techniques include lecture, review, analysis and discussion of video-tape physician-patient interactions, and role play.
