Consulting

The Center for Clinical Communication and Performance Outcomes engages in consultation with institutions and health care organizations. The Center will work with group leaders and individuals to plan a program designed to foster a new climate of effective communication for a particular department. We will work with the department in defining communication priorities and identify and meet the needs to improve communication skills and coordination of care.
