Student Wing Expansion (Clip-On Office Space Addition)

As the planning of the façade removal and replacement progressed, it became clear that there were a number of supplemental, value-added options that could fully realize efforts to modernize the University campus. The Student Wing Expansion, previously known as the Clip-On Office Space Addition during construction was one such opportunity.

Now, campus leadership and Facilities Management are pleased to announce that this summer marks the completion of this important component of the Campus Modernization initiative. The Student Wing Expansion adds 20,000 square feet of valuable space to our thriving campus, with offices and conference rooms that will meet a variety of educational and administrative needs. The expansion was developed as a unique solution to maximize interior campus space and minimize temporary relocation costs.

Through the duration of Campus Modernization, Chancellor Lazare, in consultation with Facilities Management and Planning Services, will develop a permanent plan for the population of the offices of the Student Wing Expansion.
