Directions to the Massachusetts Biologic Laboratories Boston (MBL) Biologics Manufacturing & Filling Facility 

By Automobile 

From the Mass Pike: 

  • I-90 East (Mass Pike) toward Boston/NH/Maine to 
  • Exit 14, I-95/Route 128 South to 
  • Exit 20A, Route 9 East toward Boston/Brookline to 
  • See "From the West" below 

From the West: 

  • Route 9 East toward Boston/Brookline to 
  • Route 1 South, the Jamaica Way, pass Jamaica Pond to 
  • Route 203: then, through a rotary to Arborway and by the Arnold Arboretum; 
  • Then exit right before overpass following sign for UMass/Jamaica Plain Campus; 
  • Take right onto Washington Street 
  • Follow from "From the MBL Jamaica Plain Campus" directions 

From the North: 

  • Route 93 South (across Boston) to the Columbia Road/JFK exit on the right near the South Bay Mall 
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Columbia Road 
  • Bear to the left at the intersections of Massachusetts Avenue and Boston Street 
  • Turn left onto Blue Hill Avenue (Franklin Park Zoo will be across the street) 
  • Move into the right lane and bear right onto American Legion Highway at a Mobil station 
  • Turn left at the first light onto Walk Hill Street 
  • The facility entrance will be on your left marked by the MBL sign 

From the South: 

  • Route 128 to Route 138 North (Milton) to and through Mattapan Square (4.5 miles) to Blue Hill Avenue 
  • At 0.6 miles, turn left onto Walk Hill Street 
  • After crossing Harvard Street, you will see the facility behind an iron fence on the right 
  • Turn right into the facility 

From the MBL Jamaica Plain Campus: 

  • South Street to the light at Washington Street 
  • Turn right onto Washington Street, then 
  • Turn left at the first light (1/8 mile) onto Ukraine Way 
  • Immediately turn right onto Hyde Park Avenue 
  • Turn left at the next intersection onto Walk Hill Street (just before Dunkin Donuts on the corner) 
  • Pass the Forest Hills Cemetery, cross American Legion Highway 
  • The facility entrance will be at your second left
