FCE Submit a Proposal

Technical notes for using UMMS online forms
  • The online form does not save selections automatically when some browsers are used. (This is not predictable as it often depends on the "internet option" settings in the particular computer system.)
  • It is not possible to save a partially completed form. If you would like to add to or amend your proposal, write a comment in any textbox to alert us as we retrieve the information from the html application.
  • Email links will open the mail application your machine is set to prefer. UMMS computers will try to open OutLook.
  • The UMMS internet application is set such that pages print as they are viewed; the form will not print in its entirity or with expanded textboxes.

 

 

Note: FCE proposals should be submitted prior to FE add/drop deadlines.

Student-Designed FCEs

  • should be related to an aspect of medicine, healthcare, medical education, or healthcare administration
  • will be supervised by a qualified sponsor who will be responsible for approving an experience conceived by the student
  • should have a clearly stated objective(s)
