The Massachusetts Human Stem Cell Bank offers stem cell line characterization services based on thoroughly tested and qualified procedures used in our banking process.

Each test (except EB formation) requires approximately 1 x 106 cells, which is about one ~60% confluent well of a 6 well plate. EB formation requires approximately 4 x 106 cells. Cells should be plated in T-25 flasks for shipment. Submission of samples in other forms, such as frozen vials, is acceptable upon request.
Services can be requested by downloading,completing and returning the Testing Request Form. The completed form can be returned by email by clicking the "Submit" button on the form or by FAXing the form to 508-856-6566.
