DNA Sequencing  
Standard DNA Sequencing  The user provides template(s) and custom primers or specifies
a standard primer (list).  Use this form (Click Here to download)
EconoSEQ    An Economy sequencing option for users is available for those able to set
up their samples (template+primer) for us. Users submit a 4ul sample volume containing
template and primer, this is processed on the HTP platform for $5 each or $250 per
96 well plate.Includes reaction and analysis.  Click here to download information and ticket

HTP (High Thru-Put)  Pricing is per 96 well plate and depends on Project Size, for single

DNA Fragment Analysis SNP, LOH, AFLP, Microsatellite, ARISA, and Fragment Sizing
Please email us for information about your specific project, we currently maintain sizing
standards for 20 - 1,200 bases and have spectrals installed for most available dye sets.

BIACore SPR Workstation The MBCL maintains a BIACoreX SPR workstation for molecular
interaction analyses. Please contact us to schedule training or use of the instrument

The MBCL offers Applied Biosystems reagents (includes Ambion) at a discount
and no shipping costs. There is a $1 delivery fee on campus. More Info

The drop-off location for samples is in 2 Biotech, across from room 207
     Samples are picked up at 2Biotech at 3:00 pm
There is a second drop off in LRB on 6th Floor in the coat room area of 660
     Samples are picked up in the LRB at 11:30 am
