Guidelines and Policy
Immigration Services is the University's liaison with U.S. federal agencies that are concerned with issues related to international students and employees who are working or studying here. We are therefore required to keep UMMS in compliance with federal regulations regarding the employment of foreign nationals (non-United States citizens and non-Permanent Residents). The guidelines below outline our general policies and procedures.
General Procedures
