Continuing Education Credit

 

Six contact hours have been applied for.  The Department of Nursing at UMass Memorial Medical Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses, Inc., and accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

 

In order to receive the certificate, attendees must sign in on the day of the symposium and turn in the completed evaluation form at the close of the program.

Registration fees:

$80 for ALL participants before March 22.  $105 for ALL participants, March 22-April 26.  Special group rate of $95 per person for parties of three or more submitted in a single payment, by April 26.  $95 UMass Memorial employees by April 26.     All payments and registrations must be received by Friday, April 26, 2013. The tax-deductible fee includes a, continental breakfast, lunch, exhibits and continuing education credit.  There is a $20 charge for a returned check.  This charge plus the original amount must be paid by bank check.   

 

 

  This year's conference materials will be available to you on a CD and is included in the cost of registration.  The CD will be distributed at the close of the conference.
