Who We Are
UMass Medical School's Disability Evaluation Services works with state agencies to develop a single point of entry into the state's disability system with a more coordinated and efficient process.
For many people, the disability application and review process can seem confusing and difficult to follow, further undermining access to assistance programs for individuals with disabilities. We aim to provide clients—both individuals and organizations—with accessible and cost-effective solutions to expedite disability determinations and improve benefit eligibility services.
Disability Evaluation Services provides timely, customer-friendly solutions, including
- Consulting and Infrastructure Support
- Backlog Reduction Support
- In-depth Training
- Learning Disability Assessments
- Municipal Case Management and Disability Retirement Services
