From I-90 (Mass Pike)
From West:

Get off at exit 10 for 290. Head east on 290 until exit 15. Follow directions below for 290 from the west.

From East:

Get off at exit 10a for 146. Take 146 north to I-290. Get on I-290 east until exit 15. Follow directions below for 290 from the west.

From I-290
From East:

Get off at exit 22. Turn right off the ramp onto Main Street. At the second stop light turn left (south) onto Plantation Street.
Take plantation street south to Belmont Street turn right and take your first right onto Hospital Dr. (there are signs from here).
Continue on Hospital Dr. past the Worcester State hospital and turn left into the CCNI/BNRI parking lot.

From West:

Get off of 290 at exit 15. merge onto Shrewsbury St. and continue on this until route 9 (near the Piccadilly Pub).
Take a left onto Rte 9/Belmont St. at the lights. Take your first right onto Hospital Dr. (there are signs from here).
Continue on Hospital Dr. past the Worcester State hospital and turn left into the CCNI/BNRI parking lot.
