Pharmacist James Gagnon Joins Board of the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association

October 2009 — James Gagnon, Pharm.D., Director of Clinical Services for UMass Medical School’s Clinical Pharmacy Services, has been named to a one-year term on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association and will serve as Academy Governor of Managed Care.

In this position, Dr. Gagnon is responsible for representing the interests and concerns of association members practicing in a managed care pharmacy setting. His leadership will assist the board in addressing and incorporating relevant managed care issues into the events and activities of the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association.
