Welcome to our dynamic program in comprehensive rural family medicine. Established in 1973, we continue to provide routine, urgent, and emergent care to our community in conjunction with resident training.
Building on our successes, we opened the doors to a new state-of-the-art facility in 2007. Designed to address our dual mission of residency training and patient care, it includes office space for residents, separate conference room and library facilities, videoconferencing equipment to link us with the medical school, and observation and videotaping capabilities. The new health center will support the growth of our expanding practice, offering improved access to radiology services, physical therapy and counseling services.
You will enjoy the special relationships that develop when you are involved in the communities you serve. Our faculty are excellent teachers and clinicians with diverse areas of interest including family-centered maternity care, office-based surgery, and preventive medicine.
