Indemnification

Managers/Supervisors will not be provided with University legal representation or indemnification for any damages if the University determines that a manager/supervisor has acted without appropriate authority and outside the scope of his/her employment. 
Managers/Supervisors should not ignore any behaviors/comments that may lead to a harassment/hostile work environment complaint.
