Shadowing in the Worcester Pipeline Collaborative (WPC) provides seventh and eighth grade students with opportunities to observe possible career choices that are available and obtainable.

During the academic year, these students visit Abbott Bioresearch Corporation and the University of Massachusetts, Worcester Campus. These visits reinforce the curricula taught at Worcester East Middle School's Health/Science Academy 7-12. These important links help students choose internship placements when they become seniors at North High School's Health/Science Academy.
