Educational Materials

OCP develops educational materials to support the professional development of clinicians and other healthcare providers, as well as the accurate dissemination of information to patients and their families. 

For Clinicians

• Judicious Use of Antibiotics - Clinical recommendations for treatment of upper respiratory infections. Clinician quality improvement toolkit for reducing clinician’s use of antibiotics to treat viral upper respiratory infections among children ages six months to six years.

• Oral Health - Adult oral health pocket card, a pocket reference focusing on adult caries, oral lesions, prophylaxis guidelines and anticoagulation guidelines.  Child oral health pocket card, a pocket reference focusing on child caries prevention, eruption charts, fluoride prescribing, and referrals. Oral health emergencies pocket card, a pocket reference focusing on oral trauma and trauma prevention for children and adults.
