Mock Balsamic Vinegar

¾ cup red wine vinegar 
1 cup red wine 
1 tablespoon honey

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a rolling boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow the sauce to cool. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
