Laptop Loaner Program

Information Services purchases additional laptops to be placed in the Laptop Loaner Pool. The number of computers in the loaner pool is dependent on how many computers are purchased for the incoming class. Information Services adds an additional 10% to the Mac order and 10% to the Dell order each year.

These laptops are the same models as students’ and have been imaged exactly the same. If you are having technical problems with your laptop, bring it to the helpdesk. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately you will be given a loaner laptop to use while your computer is being serviced. This guarantees that you will have uninterrupted and continuous access to your online courses without interruption.
