Sponsored Research Agreements

The Office of Technology Management (OTM) reviews and negotiates sponsored research agreements. Proposals and budgets for industrially sponsored research are reviewed by OTM in advance of submission to the company. 

Once these agreements are fully executed, please submit the following documents to Research Funding initiate your account: 

• a completed and fully signed Routing Form; 
• a complete and fully signed copy of the agreement, including all Attachments or Exhibits; 
• a detailed budget if not included as part of the agreement
