UMMS Department Contact List

This list is provided for UMMS administrators and faculty to help them determine the administrator in their department who is the primary liaison for the ISSO and to help administrators determine the ISSO staff member they need to contact to resolve specific issues and/or to request visa sponsorship for new or continuing employees. 

It is important to note that each UMMS Department has a primary ISSO liaison, typically the Department Administrator, through whom all requests to appoint a foreign national are channeled.  This administrator is familiar with the UMMS personnel appointment system, ISSO procedures and non-immigrant visa types and can be very helpful to the faculty or principle investigator.  This person acts as the liaison between the ISSO and the sponsoring faculty member who invites a foreign national to conduct research at UMMS.
