Minority Faculty Research Program

The Minority Faculty Research Program, directed by Dean of the Medical School Terence Flotte, provides additional institutional support to departments to assist recruitment of clinical researchers from under-represented minorities. These supplemental funds allow trainees to develop research careers by permitting them to reduce their clinical time obligations for up to five years.
